Founded in 2025, Renexis Academy is an online kids' coding academy based in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. Our mission is to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in young learners through real-world applications and fun projects.

Enrollment Policies
- Age Eligibility: Students must be between 6 and 16 years old and fall within the specific age range of the chosen course.
- Parental Management: A parent or legal guardian must handle all enrollment communication. Parents manage accounts on behalf of their children.

Sibling Discount
Families enrolling a sibling receive a 10% discount. Discount applies to the lower-priced enrollment.
Refund Policy
Full Refund (100%)
Requested at least 24 hours before the second session begins.
Partial Refund (50%)
Requested within 24 hours of the second session's start time.
Non-refundable: Applied discounts, catch-up fees, and demo fees.
Session Policies
Sessions are held online via a meeting link sent to you before each class.
Timing & Punctuality
Students should join within 15 minutes of the start time to be marked Present. After 15 minutes, the student is marked as Late.
Recording Forbidden
Recording sessions by students or parents is strictly forbidden. Any violation may result in immediate suspension.
Absences & Catch-ups
Free Absence Allowance
Every student receives one free absence per month. Free Absence Allowance resets for every student unused allowances do not carry over.
Catch-up Sessions
If a student exceeds their free absence allowance, a catch-up session will be arranged. Enrollment may be paused if two or more catch-up sessions remain unattended.
Academic Policies
Completion Criteria
- • Module quiz passed
- • Module project passed
- • Level fee paid
- • No outstanding catch-up sessions
Quiz Policy
Module quizzes require a score of 70% to pass, with a maximum of 2 attempts. Students see their score after each attempt.
Project Policy
Students must submit and pass their module project before attempting the module quiz.
Demo Sessions
Every new student is entitled to one free demo session to experience our teaching style before committing to a full course.
To book your free demo, reach out to us via WhatsApp or the contact form on our website. Demo sessions do not affect billing.
